Advisory and brokerage for first-rank real estate and land in Morocco. An analyst’s method, a measured word, one requirement: that every commitment rest on a verified file.

Rigour before enthusiasm

Fifteen years of credit analysis and bank risk management precede this house. One habit remains: nothing is presented that has not been verified — title, liens, compliance, counterparties. We sometimes advise against an acquisition; that is usually where trust begins.

« Every document announced was in the file. That is rarer than one thinks. »

The Trust Process

  1. Qualification

Need, horizon and investor profile are established before anything is proposed. We present nothing without knowing for whom.

  2. Sourcing

Opportunities come from a long-built network; a share of them is never published.

  3. Legal due diligence

Title, liens, easements, compliance: every document is verified at the source and filed.

  4. Financial transparency

Costs, taxation and flows are set out in writing before commitment. No figure is promised that cannot be demonstrated.

  5. Contractual framework

Deeds are drawn with notaries and counsel chosen for their rigour; funds move through the appropriate escrow channels.

  6. Handover & follow-up

Handover is documented; the relationship does not end at signature. We remain the local counterpart.
